About The Nelson Mandela Project
The Nelson Mandela Project is a groundbreaking art event dedicated to unveiling the world’s largest painting on Canvas of Nelson Mandela, marking its first public display. Painted by international artist Ainsley Guzmán Jason, the mural is composed of 18 canvases, and once assembled the painting will be 12 ft. tall and 36 ft. long. The event itself will also feature artworks created and signed by Mandela from Robben Island where he was imprisoned. The art promises to create a moving experience about the perseverance of the human spirit in the face of injustice.
This unique project is aimed at promoting awareness about the profound impact Mandela had on humanity. Additionally, the event seeks to raise funds to support the Mandela family in the ongoing quest for justice. The Nelson Mandela project is a collaboration with The House of Mandela Art International.
